Checked in for Covid room. I had THE most demeaning check in agent. She belittled and talked down to me. Then gave me an isolation room for five days directly facing bulldog under consideration. I can’t open window because I can hear contractors talking about 100 feet away.

We are enjoying a wonderful 2021 Cristmas Brunch. Grateful for what life offers us and happy to BE! Great service, quality food and wonderful atmosphere…

Very Bad experience, room 591.
The service on reception was not really friendly and rude. Also we ask for a 3 person room with 2 beds (we have a son 10 years) and we get a normal 2 person room with one bed. But we paid for three person.

Good central location, great breakfast — haven't tried any of the restaurants yet, but judging by the smells will deffo try them out.

Overnight stop before joining a cruise. Huge room, comfortable king bed, good sized bathroom. Food in restaurant, buffet dinner, was excellent. Lots of choice. Highly recommend.

Thank you to the wonderful staff of the hotel for the extreme care and sensitivity. I have a herniated spine, so I immediately brought two orthopedic pillows! I'm grateful. Cleanliness in rooms. Great air conditioning, great beds!

The location and the staff so helpful a good 4 star hotel I would recommend.

Dirty rooms-hair on pillow and bedding and in shower. Smelled of smoke although the room is smoke free!
My parents were accosted in the elevator and hotel staff did not care and asked my parents to apologize!
Two young men that did not appear to be guests were allowed to pass out, sprawled out on the couch near the entrance to the breakfast dining. Unacceptable.
This hotel is definitely NOT a 5*.

Only issue of concern was the traffic in front of hotel. The motorcycles were literally racing up and down the street most of the evening. Request a room in back of hotel for best sleep!

Outstanding customer service and very friendly Staff!

Pros: The hotel is in old Town of Bucharest, or at least few minutes walks from it. It's located right next to a casino, has lots of restaurants near by. Has bars, restaurant, swimming pool and breakfast hall within the hotel. Over a great experience. Cons: Got my laundry done through the hotel service, probably the most expensive laundry I have ever done voluntarily. If I left the AC off or if accidentally the room service left the AC off, the room to start to smell terribly, even partially sickening. But turning the AC on to any temp seem to fix that. I'm guessing old and uncleaned ducts or must be shared with other rooms.

It's a terrible pay mess. You can only pay on the spot: freeze the cost of the number — deposit from the card and promise that when you check from the frozen total amount will be deducted payment for accommodation, and the deposit will be unfrozen and returned to the card. As a result, the bank withdraws from the card both the first amount (payment of the number — deposit), and the second (payment of the number). When you call and write to the bank and hotel to find out the problem, the hotel says that everything is listed, and the bank says that they received nothing, and if they do not get permission from the hotel that it does not claim this amount, it will be uncrazy automatically only after 11 Calendar days.

A good hotel. The Lounge is quite nice if you book one of the Business rooms. Very nice beads. It's just next to a rather large casino (for European standards). It's definitely one of the better hotels in Bucharest and if you gets points here it's definitely worth the stay.

Business class and the rich! Go here if you love prostitutes. You need Credit card and no cash accepted. Inside is lovely but that's where it ends. Traffic outside loud. Service is rubbish and rude. Not in best location so if I had my time again I would have gone for a hotel in Old town as much more to do and variety of places to Eat and see and do. I spent most of my time not in the hotel due to the rudeness and awful service and businessmen getting prostitutes. Avoid.

Radisson Blu Hotel, Bucharest is one of the best hotels I’ve been. Great service and great staff having their own way to make you feel at home. The hotel is super new and clean with very modern rooms, spacious and kept really clean. Facilities are abundant and useful — they have a gym, pool, hot tub, 4 restaurants, lounge area, etc. The price is quite expensive but worth it. Location is great. Well positioned to walk around Bucharest or to get to any further distances. I would love ti stay at this hotel again and again.

Radisson Blu came to our rescue after a cancelled flight. We stayed one night prior to the flight but after a futile trip to the airport we came back here. They sorted a room, meal and drinks and we can’t thank them enough for the way they rose to the challenge. It saved our holiday and they deserve every plaudit for the service they offered. Thank you.

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Bucharest twice already and loved it both times. Breakfast is amazing, one of the best ever. Swimming pool is amazing too, and the whole health club as well and rooms are quite nice too. And location is good, too!

Modern hotel in the city centre. A district of salt, restaurants, gym with indoor pool and outdoor swimming pool with terrace. For moments of relaxation and business meetings.

Convenient location, clean rooms (though not something special), very rich breakfast. Very good choices of Bars and restaurant in the hotel. Great fitness facilities incl outdoor swimming pool.

Excellent hotel. Clean and glamorous. There are outdoor and indoor pools. The inner one includes a jacuzzi. There is also a fun and large outdoor jacuzzi. Breakfast is a very rich and suitable for all ages. The hotel is located in a very central location, and you can reach all major sights by foot (two minutes walk to Revolution Square, 5 minutes to Chishmeggio Park, 10 minutes walk from Romana Square from which you can go to Bucharest's Water Park, a 15-minute walk from the Old Town).

5-Star Hotel… I don't think so. The rooms are small and nothing like that as well as the bathrooms. It ' available the swimming pool, gym and Spa but certainly in Italy would have maximum 3/4 stars.

High level… Quality and preparation of meat… Excellent!

The rooms and the internal service not tested. The restaurants inside are very expensive for what they offer even in relation to the prices in euros. Out eats even better by spending a fifth.

Absolutely outstanding hotel. I am always very pleased with the quality of service and hospitality from Radisson Blu hotels. The room was quite large and spacious compared to other business class rooms I've stayed in. The room included a desk for work, two large panel windows for views and some fresh air, an in-wall iron and ironing board that worked quite well. The mini-bar was the best stocked I have ever seen. The business class lounge on the top floor was amazing as well. Free drinks and light dinner menu, coffee, tea, wine, liquors, beers, excellent and attentive service. The smoking patio outside was a bit small, but provided exceptional views of the Bucharest cityscape and Parliamentary Palace. The restaurants on site we're impeccable. Try the steak house. You will not be disappointed. Prices among all are fair considering the setting. The pool, hot tub and gym were very nice as well. The only minor complaint I have is that parking a rental car was a bit of a headache. The valet charges 126Ron/day, and the hotel does not have it's own parking lot or underground garage. You might have to circle the block a few times to get a spot on the parallel side street. Once there, nobody will bother it.

A fantastic business hotel, food offer absolutely top cleanliness very good for an Eastern European country meeting rooms and hosting very good very nice, with many opposites of the city.

Very nice and spacious rooms with a great bed. The gym is awesome, it's a real big gym not a ordinarily hotel gym. And the breakfast is really great. And very friendly staff in the reception. So overall a very nice and good hotel!

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff, great restaurants, an extensive breakfast buffet and decent rooms. Best part is the access to the gym, this is a very well equipped gym with a swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, … Hotel is located at a 10 min walk from the old town, which is nice. Only downside is the price, it is quite expensive.

The best hotel in the vicinity by my measure (as I stayed at the Hilton nearby for reference). The decor in the lobby and in the room is really striking and homely. The staff are professional and friendly, with the selection of restaurants and level of service very impressive. Everything from the location, the quality of the rooms, the restaurants and bars was excellent and I'd highly recommend it!

One of the best places to stay in Bucharest. Hard to find something to complain. Nice and clean room, impressive lobby with good bars and restaurants. Great fitness center with outstanding hot outside pool. Breakfast with very big choice of delicious food. Maybe the only missing thing was wholegrain bread.

Only flaw the spa center, to contain the costs open even to private, is always so full of people to prevent enjoy. Given the cost of the hotel I want to have the opportunity to take advantage of all services.

Very nice, modern, centrally located hotel in the centre. Very friendly and professional service. Very large and varied breakfast buffet, modern and clean rooms. A large wellness area (inside and outside) is also available to the guest. The hotel leaves nothing to be desired. At Eonem evening we stayed at the hotel restaurant and had an excellent steak that even the Americans didn't get better at.

Rooms are reasonable size with all required for a professional stay. Bathroom is smaller than expected but nicely organized. Staff has been very friendly. Bar is open until late with direct access to the terrasse and swimming pool. Large selection of restaurants and easy access from / to airport and from / to city center.

The best hotel in Bucharest with a lot of facilities, huge rooms, amazing views. Is very elegant and high class. We got a business room and I can say deserved all the money. With this you get great views of the city and the Palace of the Parliament and you also get access to the business lounge… The only negative thing what I can say is the lack of smoking areas, that was a pain in the a** for me because I had to go down to the pool area or entrance or the lounge, and that from the business rooms is quite a long trip.

Staff really helpful trying to get a colleague a room who left it too late to book. Rooms are a good size with nice features. Breakfast is good. Good location.

Rooms Modern and Spacious. Large walk-in Shower. Staff very friendly. However a big drawback I find to get to the room it is quite complicated. You have to take small lifts through very narrow doors. This is very annoying when you have luggage.

One of the first and few 5 stars hotels in Bucharest. After refurbishment it looked like a modern attractive center. I've been here mostly for conferences. But I always admired the swimming pool.

Almost central location on a main drag into town busy road but not noisy in a road facing 3rd floor room. Staff very friendly and attentive without being obsequious. Breakfast buffet enormous choice you would explode if you tried it all, hot food cooked in front of you to your own requirements. Decent cup of tea important that. Having said all that the bathroom could do with a little attention slightly tired in places. Wi-Fi excellent big TV comfy bed. Clean and well furnished throughout. Range of bars inside and out all in all a good 9/10.

Great centrally located hotel with great facilities and very friendly staff. The hotel offers a variety of dining options and is run by a great general manager from Switzerland and who obviously brought the Swiss school of service excellence with him to Bucharest.

“The Jewel of Romania! ” I wish I could say more about this hotel, and I wish I had enjoyed its facilities for longer than two nights, but all in all, it was sensational! Very friendly staff, superb food, great rooms, magnificent bars… and the list goes on. This was a business trip but I will definitely be back for a personal visit.

Very Nice Hotel. Centrally located, easily walking distance to most shops/stores.

This is a five star hotel. Spent a week in December 2013. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is as good as any in Italy. The steak restaurant and breakfast buffet were also 5 star dining experiences. The in house spa is… yes… 5 star also The staff was exceptional. I am sure make this my home away from home in Bucharest.

This is the place to stay if you want a hotel in Bucuresti. Recomend to upgrade to buisenessclass room.

Missing attention to detail — lights, fixtures, and elevators are just that bit off. Even the choice of bowls and plates at the Blao bar are the tiniest bit frustrating. This does not justify the almost €5 price for a cup of tea, or almost €10 for that 1.5l bottle of Vittel in your room. If you like paying extortionate prices while enjoying a swimming pool that is open to the public (! ), then this hotel is for you. 5 stars marketing fluff. I give them one thing — they try. (If you enjoy casinos, go to the Marriot — where dealers will not fall asleep handing your cards).
